Returns & Exchanges

Custom/Personalized Products:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any custom or personalized products. This includes any product with custom names, dates, colors, or images. -
Non-Custom Products:
For all other products, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered (based on the carrier’s tracking information). To be eligible for a return:-
The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
