Shipping Policy

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by the carrier.

  • Tracking: All orders will receive a tracking number once shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom/Personalized Products:
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any custom or personalized products. This includes any product with custom names, dates, colors, or images.

  • Non-Custom Products:
    For all other products, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered (based on the carrier’s tracking information). To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

    • You must contact us at theboxmonster.project@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at theboxmonster.project@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Important Notes

  • No Refunds for Customer Errors:
    We will not offer refunds or replacements for errors made by the customer, including:

    • Incorrect spelling, names, or dates submitted

    • Wrong color or product selection

    • Incorrect shipping address
