  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before production begins.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Standard processing time is 3–5 business days. Custom or large orders may take longer.

  • Delivery: Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or with an error on our part.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or resolution.
