At The Box Monster LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items must be in original condition with all tags/stickers attached and in the original packaging. You may return your item within 5 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on CUSTOM ORDERS, so please make sure spelling and other details are correct prior to submitting your order. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as you realize the damage when opening your package and send us pictures of the damage.
